StoneCreek continues to closely monitor the potential and increasing impacts of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Our leadership is committed to supporting our team members, residents, vendors, and guests. We have been in constant communication with our property teams to ensure smooth operations to the best of our abilities during this challenging time.

We have also implemented policies recommended by trust public health and/or government authorities, which are intended to help stop the spread of the virus. A few examples include resident activities and gatherings being cancelled, amenities being temporarily closed until further notice, and our clubhouses operating by appointment only.

Residents are highly encouraged to submit maintenance requests online or over the phone to avoid in-person contact. Because of the uncertain times and high influx of service requests, you might experience a slight delay in the non-emergency service requests. We appreciate your patience as we screen all service requests to confirm that no one in the apartments is sick prior to entering. We are taking extra precaution to limit closures and inconveniences that impact our teams and residents.

Please use the online Resident Portal for rent payments and email/telephone for communications with our team. If you experience an emergency, please call the emergency telephone number for your community.

Although our offices are operating by appointment only, we will be offering options for virtual and video tours. To schedule your tour, contact the community that interests you. We also welcome you to view our 3D floor plans, photo galleries, applications, and leasing processes, which are all available online. We want to provide you with all the resources that you need, and we want you to call this place your home.
